Data Protection

As an educational provider, we have an obligation to publish a freedom of information statement, outlining how we will meet our duties under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and associated regulations. The development and effective implementation of the Aspire Educational Trust's policy fulfils that requirement. The full policy can be found below, and outlines the Trust's policy and procedures for:

• The release and publication of private data and public records.

• Providing applicants with advice and assistance throughout the duration of their requests. It also clarifies our position regarding the appropriate limit to the costs incurred by a school in obtaining any requested information, and on charging fees for its provision.

Our school Images Permissions form can also be found below; a paper copy is available from the school office and will be shared with families of all new starters.  If your preferences change at any time during the school life of your child, please complete a new permission form and hand in or email to the school office.

Privacy Notices can be accessed using the link below which directs you to The Aspire Educational Trust website.
