Reception
Welcome to Reception Class!
An exciting year of learning and fun lies ahead of us, and we look forward to being partners in your children's learning. Your child's teachers are Miss Lowe, Mrs White and Ms Khan.
Children can be dropped off between 8.45 and 9.00 and collected between 15.20 and 15.30. Prompt drop off and collection ensures that the day runs smoothly.
Our PE session with the sports coaches is on Thursday mornings. We will begin to get changed into our PE kits after October half-term. Kits can be left in school on the children's pegs, as they come in useful when a change of clothes is required.
Snack costs £1 per week.
We use the systematic, synthetic phonics programme Little Wandle in school to enable the children to become readers and writers. The documents below provide information about our curriculum and the Little Wandle programme.
